Safety automation startup Swimlane on Wednesday introduced it has raised $70 million in a Collection C funding spherical that brings the full funding within the firm to $170 million.

The brand new funding spherical was led by Activate Capital, with participation from present traders Power Influence Companions (EIP) and 3Lines Enterprise Capital.

The Colorado-based firm gives an automation platform that unifies safety operations and helps organizations handle safety workflows throughout their environments.

Swimlane says its Turbine platform depends on low-code safety automation to seize telemetry and mix it with human logic to rework it into actionable intelligence that may assist speed up incident response.

The corporate plans to make use of the funding to speed up development and operations worldwide and to put money into platform improvements.

“The accelerating tempo of risk telemetry coupled with a quickly increasing assault floor is outstripping the flexibility for people to behave.
